Carnis - Bloody Good

Right in the center of Livno, Carnis – Bloody Good has opened its doors, a new gastro destination that has quickly won over both locals and visitors. Behind the project is chef Tomislav Trboglav, known for his work in fine dining restaurants in Germany and Croatia. After years spent in big kitchens, he decided to come back home and, together with his friend Adrian, start something of his own — unpretentious, yet special.

Carnis is not just another fast-food joint. This is a place where a single bite of a burger will convince you that you’re tasting top-quality food, prepared with great care and a passion for premium ingredients. The menu offers generous burgers with fragrant meat, sandwiches with slow-cooked beef and fresh salads — like the shrimp salad, which quickly became a crowd favorite.
