Terms of purchase
These terms and conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the services offered on these pages. LIVNOBUS.COM Internet pages can be used for your private use free of charge, pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
The vendor is Tourist Agency Li-Bus d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the vendor, and makes payment via credit card.
ORDERING
- The customer orders the product (service) or products via the electronic order form.
- Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
- All prices are expressed in convertible marks (KM) currency, including VAT.
- The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in euros.
- Products/services are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.
- The products/services are considered ordered at the moment when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.
PAYMENT
The ordered products or services are paid online by one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
DELIVERY
The vendor undertakes to send a notification after the purchased product/service, exclusively in the form of an e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receiving the e-mail (collection notification), the customer can immediately access the voucher collection.
COMPLAINTS
If customer is unable to perform the download due to technical problems caused by the vendor's server, the vendor undertakes to send an email with a new download option, for which the customer does not bear any costs.
In the event that customer is still not able to complete the download due to technical problems on the vendor's server, the customer undertakes to contact the vendor's sales service, who will offer an adequate solution that will not contain any compensation or further costs to the customer. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation.
In the event that the customer cannot collect the product, and the technical problems are not related to the vendor, but are caused by the customer, the operator or a third party, the vendor bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable the customer to pick up or deliver the goods free of charge.

All rights of the publisher and program holder on the recorded and printed documents are reserved. The publisher is Tourist Agency Li-Bus d.o.o. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, use for radio diffusion and sell the vendor's products or any part of those products without authorization.
